Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 190.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or oven.
Step 3
Beat the margarine with icing sugar (in Bosch).
Step 4
Gradually add eggs, whisking constantly to keep mixture smooth.
Step 5
Lower the speed and slowly add melted chocolate.
Step 6
Sift flour and cocoa over the mixture and gently mix.
Step 7
Pour batter into ramekins or paper soufflé cupcake cases.
Step 8
Bake for 15 minutes.
Step 9
Good to serve with ice cream.
