Step 1

Using KitchenAid with dough hook, mix all ingredients, adding flour last, 1 cup at a time.
Step 2
Rest 15 minutes, then mix it down. Repeat 5 times.
Step 3
On the 5th time, sprinkle flour on the counter and roll the dough into loaves, foling flour in if need. The dough should be squishing and not sticky. Fold edges under for a clean look.
Butter the tops. Slice tops with a knive.
Step 4

Let rise 35 minutes.
Step 5
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.
