Instructions

Step 1
In a large pan cook the onion, jalapeno, and garlic in the oil until tender.
Step 2
Stir in broth, beans, parsley, lime juice, GOYA, and cumin. Bring to a boil.
Step 3
Reduce heat to simmer, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Combine corn starch & water until smooth.
Step 5
Stir cornstarch slurry into the soup, then add chicken. Bring back to a boil.
Step 6
Cook and stir for 2 minutes, or until thickened.
Step 7
Serve immediately with a sprinkle of cheese on top.
