Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil
Step 2
Fry onions, celery, carrots and chilli and bayleaf until soft (about 5 minutes)
Step 3
Add stock, beans, chicken, dill and seasonings, bring to boil and then turn down to a simmer
Step 4
Simmer for 20 minutes
Step 5
Add silverbeet and lemon juice and cook for another 10 minutes
Step 6
Remove bayleaf and serve topped with parmesan
