Step 1
1. Brown the meat on saute setting in pressure cooker
2. Add in seasonings and stir
3. Add in pasta, beef broth and butter, do not stir
4. Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes
5. Once done do quick release
6. Add in heavy cream and cheese
7. Stir until melted

I definitely made some changes to the recipe from the get go. I sauted half a yellow onion with 2 cloves of garlic with the meat, and added some taco seasoning. Then I substituted 1 cup of the broth for an 8oz can of tomato sauce. I also had to change the type of macaroni because I didn't have any other suitable one for this recipe. Otherwise, I stuck with the rest of the recipe. With these changes, the meal came out great!
