Garlic butter shrimp spaghetti 🧄🩷🧈
Ingredients:
- 200g spaghetti
- 1/2 cup butter
-200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
-3 cloves garlic, minced
-1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
-1/2 cup pecorino romano, grated
-1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
-3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste
-Extra cheese for serving

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Reserve about 1/2 cup of the starchy cooking water.
Step 2
2. Meanwhile, heat butter on medium and add shrimp, garlic, and chili flakes. Cook shrimp for 1-2 mins per side, or until pink throughout.
Step 3
3. Add the cooked pasta, pecorino romano, & reserved pasta water. Toss gently until the cheese has melted and the sauce is thick.
Step 4
4. Turn off the heat and add parsley & lemon juice. Stir to coat pasta in the sauce. Add salt & pepper if needed.
Step 5
5. Serve with more cheese on top. Enjoy!
