Mashed, Use potatoes of choice
½ cupmilk
to start, add more if needed

½ cupparmesan
1 Tbspgarlic paste
1 tsppaprika
1 tspseasoning salt
1 ½ cupheavy cream
½ cupparmesan cheese
1 Tbspold bay seasoning
or cajun
1 tspblack pepper
1 tspItalian seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. -Add chicken and cook on both sides until golden brown.

Step 2
For broccoli: -Preheat oven to 400 degrees. ZSeason with minced garlic, black pepper, onion powder, garlic and herb, and salt. -Roast in oven for 20 minutes.

Step 3
For Mashed potatoes: Use potatoes of choice - Boil until you can stick a fork in it, then drain water - Add butter, milk, parsley, parmesan cheese, black pepper, garlic paste, paprika, seasoning salt. - Mash until well combined. Add more milk & butter if you like them more on the smooth side.

For the sauce:
- Sauté 2tbsp butter & 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Add 1 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - 1 tbsp old bay or cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp black pepper - 1 tsp Italian seasoning - Fresh parsley - Squeeze half a lemon
