Instructions

Step 1
Bring the water to boil in a heave based saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Whisk in polenta & salt
Step 3
Add in Milk (can easily sub any plant based milk) or use water as an alternative.
Step 4
Reduce heat to low & simmer for 15 minutes.
Step 5
Add in nutmeg, butter & parmesan, whisk until well combined
Step 6
Turn off the heat, cover & allow to sit for 10 minutes.
