Chili Crisp Noodles
We used some of our homemade chili crisp to make our Chili Crisp Noodles! They're SO easy to make and such a delicious quick and easy meal to pull together in minutes!!

Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook noodles in boiling water according to pack directions. Drain, rinse in colander under cool water and set aside.
Step 2
2. In a small bowl whisk together chili crisp, water, peanut butter, mirin, soy sauce, and sugar. Set aside.
Step 3
3. Place a pan over medium heat and melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Step 4
4. Pour chili crisp mixture into pan and stir together. Simmer for 30 seconds.
Step 5
5. Add noodles to pan and toss together until evenly coated.
Step 6
6. Transfer noodles to a bowl and top with crushed peanuts and green onions. Serve.
