Rough Chop up all your vegetables and put them on a baking sheet drizzle with olive oil and salt mix around. Roast in the oven at 400 for 20 minutes? Take veg out of oven and add to a blender, blend til smooth. Add stock, transfer to pot to simmer for 20 minutes. Add your cooked ravioli. Plate
