Instructions

For the soup

Step 1
First you cut your pumpkin into slices along with your onion and garlic
Step 2
Then you roast your pumpkins onion and garlic with olive oil with salt and pepper for 10-15 mins until mushy
Step 3
Now cut your carrots into slices and boil with your broth
Step 4
When your pumpkin is done roasted mush be nice and mushy
Step 5
Now you peel the skin of your pumpkin before putting it in the broth too
Step 6
Add your onion and garlic to the broth aswell
Step 7
Now let simmer for 5-10 minutes

Once done you add your pumpkins and broth to the blender or food processor. The amount of broth you put in depends of how thick you want the soup to be

While blending ass a tablespoon or one half of olive oil to the mixture with 2-3 table spoons of heavy cream
Step 10
Now you plate with the soup with drops or heavy cream and some herbs to your liking
