Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250. In a large saucepan combine onions and wine, saute until onions are tender.
Step 2
Add broth and worcestshire sauce, bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 minutes
Step 3
Toast bread in oven until golden brown
Step 4
Place 1 peice of toast in each bowl divide soup and top with 1/2 tablespoon of grated cheese
