Preheat 250 degrees celcius.

Mix in eggs, scratch, lemon juice flour and cream.

Sift batter.

Oil and line a 6/7" cake tin, pour in batter.

Bake 30min @ 250 degrees celcius until surface burnt.

Cool on surface and refrigerate overnight.

After refrigerating, rest tin in warm water to untin.

Decorate at will and serve.
