Step 1
Start by pre-heating your oven to 400f. Use Reynolds Kitchens® Unbleached Parchment Paper to line a deep 6inch/8inch baking pan.
Step 2
Cream your cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Add the eggs, followed by the flour and heavy cream. Alternatively, you can throw all ingredients in a blender and then use a sieve to make sure there are no clumps.
Step 3
Pour mixture into your lined pan and let it sit for at least 10min before tapping the pan on the counter to get rid of air bubbles.
Step 4
Place cheesecake in the oven to bake for 35-40min. Ovens are different, and your cheesecake will be done when it’s completely browned on top but the center is still a bit jiggly. Turn off the oven and open the door, but leave the cheesecake in there for 5min to avoid cracks.
Step 5
Once the cheesecake has cooled to room temperature, refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
