315gall-purpose flour
15ggranulated sugar

230gunsalted butter
cold & diced
85mlwater
ice cold

Dough
Step 1
In a food processor, mix the flour, sugar and salt

Add the butter and pulse
Step 3
Slowly add the water
Step 4
Refrigerate the dough for at least 30min
Cherry pies
Step 5
Roll out the dough and using your favorite heart cookie cutters, cut out the dough
Step 6
Put 2 tsp cherry jam on half the dough, then cover with another heart shaped dough
Step 7
Using a fork, seal the dough
Step 8
Brush the top of the pies with the egg wash
Step 9
Bake at 190C for 20minutes
