Instructions
Step 1
Gradually add water into rice flour while mixing until a smooth dough forms.
Step 2
Make the sesame filling by combining sesame seeds, sugar, and butter in a food processor. Place in the fridge for 30 min to firm up.

Portion the sesame filling into little balls.
Step 4
Portion the dough into 12-16 portions and wrap it around each sesame ball.
Step 5
Store in the freezer or cook immediately in boiling water until they float, about 3-5 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with a ginger syrup by boiling brown sugar, ginger, and water.
