Instructions
Step 1
Mix sticky rice flour with water and knead until it becomes smooth.
Step 2
Transfer the dough onto a chopping board and roll it out gently with rolling pin until we get a rectangle pancake.
Step 3
Simply cut the pancake into evenly thin strips and let them sit separately for later.
Step 4
Prepare and slowly stir fry soy bean powder on low heat until it becomes aromatic and golden brown before we remove it from the heat.
Step 5
Add water with brown sugar powder in a heated pan and bring it to boil it until it becomes the liquid smooth and silky.
Step 6
Heat up some cooking oil in a skillet. Place one strip at a time in the skillet and fry for about 1 minute until the surface is shaped and firmed. Simply flip it and continue to cook for another minute or so. Remove sticky rice strips from the heat immediately once they turn golden brown and fluffy.
Step 7
Sift soy bean flour and then drizzle brown sugar syrup. Serve warm.
