Instructions
Step 1
Soak fresh soy bean in a container with cold water for a couple of hours or overnight(preferred) and simply drain. Add cold water in fully soaked soy beans to blend in a blender/food processor to make soy milk batter.
Step 2
Filter soy milk batter in a piece of tea cloth, leaving the soymilk clear from the soy pulp. Bring soy milk to boil and add in sugar to your liking, enjoy~
