Loaded Baked Potato Bowls

Instructions

Step 1
Wash and poke potatoes with fork. Cook in microwave for 5-6 minutes
Step 2
Cut open and lightly mash insides with fork. Season with Salt and pepper
Step 3
Spread a light layer of plain Greek yogurt on the potatoes
Step 4
Season chicken to taste and cook in air fryer at 400 for 5 minutes on each side
Step 5
Add 4oz chicken per bowl
Step 6
Thin out Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan sauce with a tiny bit of milk and drizzle on each bowl
Step 7
Add cheese and bacon bits to top and serve with a veggie
