Instructions

Roughly chop the peppers, onion, and garlic.

Boil the peppers, onion, and garlic for 15-20 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the vegetables and blend them with 1/2-3/4 cup oil. Add salt and lime juice to taste. It’ll mellow and be a touch less spicy once it cools!
