Step 1
Preheat the oven to about 180°C.
Prepare the bread:

You can use any shape of bread you want really. Sliced, a bread roll, baguette, etc. I am using a half baked baguette. 🥖 Cut a slit across the bread. If your using slices, leave it as it is.



Make the garlic paste:

Melt 30g of butter in the microwave.


Step 4

Put two garlic cloves in a blender, or use a garlic press. Blend or smush it into little pieces.



Step 5

Pour in the melted butter and mix again until combined.



Step 6

It should be a pasty liquid when it's ready. I like to add in dill as well!




Assembly:

Use a spoon to pour the garlic mix into the gap of the bread. Make sure it's spread out evenly.





Step 8

I like to add a bit of cheese on top, just before it goes in the oven!

Bake:

Bake for 8-12 minutes, it really depends on the size of the bread, and if its already fully baked or not. My baguette needed 10 minutes. It should be crispy brownish gold and the cheese should be fully melted.
