Instructions

Step 1
In a glass jug warm the milk in the microwave, to the warm milk add the salt, yeast, sugar and oil.

Give it a mix then transfer to a bowl, to that add the flour and mix

Let the dough rest for 8-10 minutes

This will give some time for the gluten strands to relax which will prevent its tendancy to rebound back while we roll the dough

In a bowl mix the parsley, butter and garlic
Step 6
Roll out the dough and put into a baking tray. Spread the butter garlic on top and the cheese slices
Step 7
Cover the baking tray and let the dough sit and rise for 40 minutes in a warm environment
Step 8
Bake @ 350 F or 180 C for 32-35 minutes

Baking duration may vary slightly according to the size of pan
Step 10
Deep pan require more and shallow pan reguire less time
Step 11
placed the baking tray in the lowest rack of oven to prevent any chance of over browning.

At around 25 minutes of baking

the top of bread will get golden brown in color.

It does not mean that our bread is cooked through inside;

So tent the tray with aluminum foil to prevent any chance of over browning and continue to bake for another 8-10 minutes.
