Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and knead for 5 mins or until you have a smooth dough. Cover with cling film and rest at room temperature for 30 mins.
Step 2
Roll out your dough to a thickness of 2mm (if you have a pasta machine roll it out until the number 5) and cut them into rectangles.
Step 3
Fry your pasta sheets in hot olive oil (170C/340F) for a couple of minutes it until golden brown and serve with some icing sugar on top.
