Save this recipe to try the next time you have a ripe banana 🤭 I used my favourite salted caramel protein powder by to give this banana bread over 25g protein and extra caramel flavour 💥 My discount code is “amb-chen” if you want to buy this protein to try over their current BLACK FRIDAY SALE ✨ Here is the recipe ➡️ BEST 6-INGREDIENT CHOC CHIP PROTEIN BANANA BREAD for ONE Serves: 1 (364 cal, 27.5g protein, 31g carbs, 14g fat ) INGREDIENTS: ✅ 1 medium ripe banana (~100g) ✅ 1 scoop (40g) vegan salted caramel protein powder ✅ 1/4 teaspoon baking powder ✅ Dash of cinnamon ✅ 1 tablespoon (15ml) maple syrup (I used a gluten-free one) ✅ 1/4 cup (60ml) almond milk (can use any milk or just water) ✅ 2 tablespoons chocolate chips + extra for on top if you wish (I used a sugar-free chocolate chips from ) METHOD: 1. In a bowl, mash the ripe banana until pureed 2. Add in the protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon, maple syrup and milk. Mix until the protein powder is dissolved 3. Stir in the chocolate chips 4. Transfer the batter to a microwave-safe ramekin. Optional: decorate with extra chocolate chips on top 5.
