Instructions
Step 1
1) Sauté prawns for 2-3 mins on each side with a sprinkle of half a teaspoon of salt. Remove prawns onto a plate.
Step 2
2) In the same pan, add more butter, sauté garlic until golden and fragrant, then add red chilli flakes.
Step 3
3) Return prawns to the pan, immediately adding black pepper, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix quickly.
Step 4
4) Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt, stir until well combined and add fresh parsley.
