Instructions

Step 1
Brown the ground beef in a skillet with olive oil. Add onion and cook until softened. Stir in tomato, marinara sauce, water, oregano, and basil. Simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 2
While the sauce simmers, cook the lasagna noodle according to package directions (usually 2-3 minutes). Drain and break into pieces.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 400°F. In a small baking dish, layer half the sauce, half the pasta, and all the cheese. Add remaining sauce and pasta. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
