Step 1
Combine the beef strips, onion, sliced mushrooms, beef broth, cream cheese, basil, and parsley in a large freezer bag. Squish the ingredients together to combine the beef with the sauce.
Step 2
Remove excess air from the bag and seal to close. Freeze the ingredients until you’re ready to cook.

Step 3
Transfer the beef stroganoff ingredients to the refrigerator to thaw overnight.
Step 4
Transfer the ingredients to the bowl of your slow cooker and set to cook on low for three to five hours, until the beef is cooked through.
