Rotiboy coffee bread
Who loves Rotiboy as much as I do? 🙋🏻♀️
🥣 Ingredients:
1 tbsp Instant Coffee
1 tbsp Hot Water
70g Flour
60g Salted Butter (room temperature)
40-60g Brown/Icing Sugar (depending on your preferred sweetness)
1 Egg
Cheese Slices (as much as you like – there’s never too much 🧀!)
📝Steps:
1. Combine instant coffee and hot water in a cup.
2. Mix butter and brown sugar in a bowl.
3. Add in egg and coffee solution. Mix well.
4. Stir in the flour.
5. Fill the piping bag with the mixture.
6. Optional: Layer cheese between two bread slices.
7. Pipe the coffee mixture until the bread is fully covered.
8. Bake at 180°C for 12-15 minutes. 🔥
