This was absolutely OUTSTANDING! 😩 Salt and pepper anything is just a win but add it on top of a flatbread with a drizzle of Chinese curry sauce and it was next level 😮💨

Ingredients

2chicken breasts
or 3-4 chicken thighs
low calorie cooking spray
1Egg
or egg white
1 tspchinese five spice
salt
pepper
20gcornflour
0.5red pepper
finely diced
0.5green pepper
finely diced
0.5onion
finely diced
1 tspsoy sauce
sweetener
1potato

100gChinese curry sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Season the cornflour with salt, pepper and 1/2 tsp chinese five spice. Dip the chicken into whisked egg then cornflour, then place in an airfryer and spray with low calorie spray and place in the air fryer. Slice the potato into chips, season with salt and pepper and spray with low calorie spray. Add these along with the chicken in the Air fryer and cook on 200C for 15 mins, turning half way and spray with low cal spray. In the meantime spray a pan with low calorie spray and fry the onions and peppers for 2-3 mins to soften. Once the chicken and chips are cooked, add them to the pan along with the the soy sauce, sweetener and 1/2 tsp Chinese five spice, mix again and enjoy!
