Instructions
Step 1
Sift the flour into a bowl. Add all of the remaining ingredients:
25g oat flour
30g self raising flour
5g cacao powder
25g vegan chocolate protein
1tsp baking powder
1 egg white
110g almond milk
1tsp vanilla essence&n and whisk together until smooth
Step 2
Pour mixture into a pan to create 6 small pancakes.
Step 3
Stack them up and top with your favourite toppings, e.g Vegan whipped cream

Step 4
Mix the sauce ingredients together and pour on top
2tsp cocoa powder + 3tsp hot water + liquid sweetener
2tsp powdered peanut butter + 3tsp hot water.
