Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Step 2
In a greased, oven-safe dish, mix the applesauce with oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, date syrup, and plant-based milk. Then top it with the raspberries and chocolate chips.
Step 3
Bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown and firm.
Step 4
Remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Tastes great warm or cold!
