Instructions
Step 1
Parboil chicken for 10 minutes to remove the impurities. Add water and cleaned chicken to pot, then add onion, ginger, rock sugar and chicken powder seasoning.
Step 2
Boil for about 25 minutes then add the vegetables. Cook for another 15-20 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
Step 3
Serve with macaroni or noodles and your favorite condiments.
