Ingredients

4 TbspLF flour mix
2u tapioca, 1u coconut flour, 1u almond flour

2eggs

100 grmozzarella
grated, Choose A2 if possible

0.75artichoke heart

4black olives

1 Tbspgrated parmesan

1 Tbspprosciutto
chopped

½ tsporegano

salt

pepper
Instructions
Step 1
To make the flour blend, mix 2 cups tapioca, 1 cup coconut flour and 1 cup almond flour. Keep in your pantry and use for almost anything.
Step 2
Whisk the eggs in a medium size bowl
Step 3
Add all ingredients to the eggs and fold until well combined
Step 4
Place on a lined oven tray and spread the dough to a ~18cm diameter of even thickness. Not too thin,
Step 5
Cook on bottom of the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 mins
