Chicken & Chorizo Sticky Skewers

Kind of just made up this marinade but it was 👌🏼 to make 4 kebabs for 2 people you will need: 2 chicken breasts diced 100g halloumi diced 100g chorizo sliced Marinade: 2 tbsp honey 1 tbsp tomato puree 1 tbsp olive oil 2 garlic cloves minced 1 tsp chilli paste or flakes 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tsp thyme Mix all the marinade ingredients together then add half of it to a bowl with the chicken. Mix well until all the chicken is covered then cover with cling film & marinate in the fridge for at least 4 hours. Once marinated add the chicken, chorizo & halloumi to some skewers. Cook in the airfryer at 190 for 15 mins. After mins brush the kebabs with the leftover marinade. After another 5 mins turn them over & brush with the rest of it. If you don’t have an airfryer you can cook them in the oven at 180 for 20 mins ••• ••• •••

Instructions

Step 1
Mix all the marinade together then add half of it to a bowl with the chicken.
