Instructions

Step 1
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Step 2
In a mixing bowl, combine the yoghurt, vanilla and maple syrup.
Step 3
Fold through the dried fruit and nuts.
Step 4
Spread evenly onto the baking tray, sprinkling over extra dried fruit and nuts if desired.
Step 5
Freeze until the yoghurt is firm – about 3 hours.
Step 6
Cut into 8 pieces and enjoy while frozen.

Feel free to mix in chocolate chips or other mix-ins as desired to make up the dried fruit/nuts portion. An easy recipe to cater to your cravings!
