1 cupMozzarella
1 cupSharp cheddar
3 cupsmilk
½ cupbutter
Instructions
Step 1
Cook, drain, and set aside 5 cups pasta

Set oven to 350 degrees
Step 3
Melt butter, whisk in flour until smooth and browned (1-2 minutes)
Step 4
Whisk in milk and seasonings for about 6 minutes
Step 5
Mix in cheese, save some for topping
Step 6
Mix with noodles
Step 7
Add to oiled baking pan
Step 8
Top with cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy
