or other nut butter

340gHoney

optional

40ghemp hearts
optional

50gpumpkin seed
optional
Icing (optional)
Instructions
Step 1
Add nut butter into large pot with honey; warm over low to medium heat while stirring continuously. Do so until fully incorporated and color darkens just slightly. Take off heat
Step 2
Once off heat, add dry ingredients and stir very very thoroughly (needs lots of strength) until oats are coated and fully merged
Step 3
Dump mixture into 8x8 for thicker bars, 9x13 for thinner bars (like I made)
Step 4
Flatten mixture until completely even
Step 5
Take chocolate and butter in bowl, heat for 30 seconds or so in 10 second increments, stirring each time until liquid smooth. Pour immediately so chocolate does not seize
Step 6
Cover with chocolate as desired
Step 7
Let both the mixture and chocolate cool (1-2 hours)
Step 8
Cover dish, put in fridge for a few more hours. Cut up and freeze if desired
