Step 1
Line an 8-in square baking pan with parchment paper leaving extra hanging over the sides and coat with cooking spray
Step 2
Mix peanut butter and maple syrup in a large bowl
Step 3
Stir in oats, blueberries, nuts and salt
Step 4
Spread the mixture firmly and evenly into the prepared pan
Step 5
Refrigerate until cold, about 1 hour. Cut into 16 squares
