The night before

Mix the chia seeds, Greek yoghurt and vanilla essence together and place in a cup. Leave in fridge overnight

Leave in fridge overnight
Step 3
Melt the coconut oil, mix the nuts, rolled oats and cinnamon in large bowl. Fold in the coconut oil until all ingredients have a light coating Place in a flat tray and put in the oven for about 7 minutes. Let them cool down and store safely
