Instructions

Step 1
Boil your broccoli and potatoes in some salted water for 20 minutes, drain and let your veggies cool down. Add your veggies in a mixer, along with some grated cheese, salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil and mix everything for 30 seconds or until smooth. Cover some aluminium moulds with oil and breadcrumbs. Add one tablespoon of your broccoli mixture, a small cube of pizza mozzarella, cover with 2 tablespoons of your veggie mixture, a drizzle of olive oil and breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for 20 minutes (180C). Serve with some grated cheese on top and enjoy. Buon appetito!
