Instructions
Step 1
Add butter to the pot and press SAUTE. Once melted, add ginger and garlic cooking until fragrant.
Step 2
Add all of the spices and cook for one minute. Use a splash of water to deglaze and scrape up any fond.
Step 3
Add tomato sauce and water. Turn off SAUTE.
Step 4
Add chicken and stir.
Step 5
Secure the lid and press PRESSURE COOK, HIGH, 6 minutes.*
Step 6
Quickly release steam and remove lid.
Step 7
Press SAUTE. Stir in cream and allow the sauce to reduce.
Step 8
Taste and serve.
