Instructions

Remove the tails from the shrimp and wash them. Chop them finely.

Put the chopped shrimp, chives, and carrots in a large bowl. Add 2T potato starch powder, 1/2T oyster sauce, 1/2T sesame oil, 1t minced garlic, a bit pepper, 1t sugar, and 1 egg. Mix well.

Soak the rice paper in cold water. Put about 1 large tablespoon of the prepared filling on it. Fold one side and fold the other side. Fold the other side as well.

Pour about 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Place the rice paper dumplings one by one. Cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes until the filling is cooked and golden brown.

After 3 minutes, flip them over.
Step 8
Once both sides are well cooked, they are ready to be served.
