Shrimp Recipe:
1 lbshrimp peeled and deveined
2 tablespoonsolive oil
1 teaspoongarlic powder
1 teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoonpaprika
½ teaspoonsalt
¼ teaspoonblack pepper
Rice Paper Wrap Fillings
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the shrimp are evenly coated with the seasoning mixture.

Step 2
Place the seasoned shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to cook the shrimp in batches to avoid overcrowding.
Step 3
Cook the shrimp at 400°F (200°C) for 5-6 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through the cooking time to ensure even cooking. The shrimp should be pink and opaque when done.
Step 4
Remove the shrimp from the air fryer and set aside.
Assembling the rice paper wraps,

Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for about 5 seconds.
Step 6
Lay the rice paper on a plate and allow it to soften for 10-15 seconds or until pliable.
Step 7
Add a layer of rice to the middle of the rice paper.
Step 8
Add a strip of nori on top of the rice followed by the cooked shrimps.
Step 9
Then, add a few slices of avocado and cucumber on top of the shrimp.
Step 10
Fold the bottom edge of the rice paper over the filling followed by the other sides.
Step 11
Evenly coat the rice paper wrap in sesame seeds on all sides.
Pan-fry the wraps:

Heat a small amount of oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Step 13
Once the oil is hot, carefully place the wraps in the skillet, seam side down.
Step 14
Cook for about 2-3 minutes per side, or until the rice paper is golden and crispy.
Step 15
Serve them with your favorite sauce. I like serving mine with bang bang sauce.
