When I make these I use a large 2 burner griddle on the stove so I am able to cook up a ton at once and be done quickly. Macros are as follows per fritter for ingredients used:

Brands Used
Kirkland Frozen Chicken Tenderloins, Any light Mayo will work here make sure serving size is 35cal or less, great value fat free shredded mozarella cheese.
(also you can use fresh chicken, this tends to be cheaper when using tenderloins and tenderloins are usually the lowest in calories with chicken)
Also we love to use a mayo, greek yogurt, dill sauce to dip/cover these in (sauce is listed in another recipe)

Step 1
1. Thaw chicken ahead of time because you are going to grind or blend chicken to form your fritters
2. Once chicken is ground up you will combine all of your ingredients and start making your fritter patties ( this recipe should make 32 small patties)
3. brown them up nicely on each side on griddle or skillet
