Instructions

Tomato sauce

Step 1
Mince the basil.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.

Pizza cake

Step 3
Place a 20cm cake ring on top of your tortilla wraps. Now cut the tortilla wraps to the size of the ring.
Step 4
Place the first wrap in the cake tin. Spread it with 1/4 of the tomato sauce.
Step 5
Now top with 1/4 of the grated cheese, half of the salami and 1/4 of the mozzarella.
Step 6
Place another tortilla wrap on top and spread with 1/4 of the tomato sauce.
Step 7
Top with 1/4 of the grated cheese, half of the mushrooms, half of the cherry tomatoes and 1/4 of the mozzarella.
Step 8
Again place a tortilla wrap on top and spread with 1/4 of the tomato sauce.
Step 9
Repeat step 5, 6 and 7.
Step 10
Bake the pizza cake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees Celsius (circulation air) for approx. 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
