Instructions
For the Pasta
Step 1
Put your pasta into a pot and cook according to the instructions. Once finished, put aside water from the pasta.

For the Sauce
Step 2
Set a pot on your stove on low heat, add the butter and olive oil. Wait for the butter to melt.




Step 3
Add the grounded garlic cloves in the pot and cook for half a minute.


Step 4
Add the crushed tomatoes and heavy cream. Cook for 2 minutes while mixing.




Step 5
Add the salt, pepper and basil leaves to the mix while stirring well and let sit for 10 minutes. Stir the mixture once in a while.




Step 6
Add your pasta to the mixture, as well as the water from the making process of the pasta. Turn the stove to high heat and mix well for 2 minutes.



Step 7
Add grated parmesan to the mixture and stir well for half a minute on medium heat.


Step 8
Serve with extra grated parmesan.
