Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas 5.
Step 2
Cut the onions into slim wedges. Cut the carrots, parnsips and swede into chunky pieces. Put into a large roasting tray with 1 tosp of oil and some salt and pepper. Toss together.
Step 3
Roast for 20-30 minutes, taking them out halfway through to stir the veg.
Step 4
Once the veg is tender and caramelised in places, add the brussels sprouts, purple sprouting broccoli, hispi cabbage and orange wedges with a little more oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Roast for a further 20 minutes and enjoy!
