Instructions

Step 1
Using a pastry brush or your fingers lightly coat the inside of six ramakens with oil

Please the cream sugar and salt in a small saucepan. Scrape the seeds from the vanilla bean into the pan add the bean as well.

Place one tablespoon of cold water Into a small Bowl then gently sprinkle The gelatin a top. Let sit for 5 minutes

Pour the mixture into the ramakens. Cover with cling film then refrigerate until set at least four hours
Step 9
To unmulled , dip the ramakins in a dish of hot water , then invert the custards onto plates.
