Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the egg noodles, bring a pot of water to a boil and add the noodles. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions or until they reach your desired doneness. While the noodles are cooking, heat a deep skillet over medium heat and add oil. Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion and sauté until it becomes translucent.






Step 2
Add the ground beef and cook it until it is well done or brown in color. After that, add the bacon bits.




Step 3
Add the cream of mushroom soup and let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes or until it becomes bubbly. Stir the mixture occasionally to prevent it from drying out.



Step 4
Add the sour cream and mix it thoroughly. Afterward, add the paprika, salt, and pepper. Allow the mixture to simmer for approximately 5 to 10 minutes, or until it becomes bubbly.






Step 5
Combine the drained egg noodles with the sauce mixture in the same pot. Stir thoroughly to ensure even distribution of the sauce then serve!
