J$ Sweet & Spicy BBQ Rub for Pork Chops and Chicken

This is a great BBQ Run that starts with sweet & ends with a little heat. Our household has three eaters that don't care for spicy items, but they love this! We typically use this on bone in porkchops on the grill and end up licking the bone dry!

Instructions

Step 1
Combine all ingredients for rub in a small bow. Stir well to combine, using a fork to break up any clumps (I typically use my hands for this part)
Step 2
Store rub in an airtight container. Rub will last in your cupboard for up to one month.
Step 3
**Extra Tip: Be sure after applying rub to meat of choice to let it sit in refrigerator for at least an hour till all brown sugar has dissolved.
